French fashion label Azzaro has named Brazilian-born designer Mathilde Castello Branco as its new Creative Director, taking over from Vanessa Seward.
Branco, who's previously worked for Lanvin and Hermès, will reveal her first collection in January for pre-autumn/winter 2012-13. Azzaro has a celebrity fanbase including Sophia Loren, Penelope Cruz and Nicole Kidman.
